Does Denzil believe that all those pesky little Welsh speakers in Sgubor Goch or Pencraig (the council bestates/b in Gwynedd which have the highest proportion of Welsh speakers) are doing it because they?re part of some elite? Of course there? s a Welsh-speaking middle class just as b.../b (My own father, whose mother was English and refused to learn the language, came from a town just outside Wrexham - place called bRhosllanerchrugog/b.)
